HOUSE OF PIANOS offers 3 piano practice rooms equipped with accoustic and digital pianos. We offer a presentable and conducive environment with no distraction for learning and practicing. Conveniently located right opposite the popular Al Serkal Avenue parallel to Sheikh Zayed road, our studios are within 15 minutes drive from any part of central Dubai. Our studios are located on the upper floor of our showroom

Tuned Pianos

All pianos are tuned at least once a month allow the pianos return to its original state

Studios are available for those who want to teach voice or instrumental lessons;
such as guitar, violin, flute, or other, quieter instruments

We understand that in the realities of big cities we often tend to suppress our passion for music or other hobbies either because of higher costs of living or simply we choose jobs that are totally different and far from music. Therefore, our piano studios are made for those of you who still want to nourish your musical soul and enjoy it with an affordable rental fees and flexible timings

Airconditioned Practice Rooms for Rehearsing, Examinations and Auditions

Our rehearsal studios are used by pianists, students, and any UAE resident or visitors who wishes to practice and play some piano. ADMIRAL Studio is 2 x 3 meters and has got a Bluthner digital piano and is suitable for small ensembles of 3 persons. All pianos are tuned at least once a month.

Terms & Policy

Payments:

  • All rooms must be paid for before usage
  • Room renters must complete a registration card before their first use of a room
  • There are no refunds after a room is paid for
  • No checks can be accepted for amounts under AED 500. There will be a AED 250 charge for returned checks

Cancellation:

  • All rooms must be paid for before usage
  • Room renters must complete a registration card before their first use of a room

Payments:

  • No eating or drinking is permitted in studios or classrooms. You are welcome to eat or drink in the meeting room on the lobby level
  • Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building
  • You are responsible for the condition of the room during the rental period
  • HOUSE OF PIANOS is not responsible for the loss of personal items. Keep your belongings with you at all times
  • The names of all individuals expected to use a room that has been rented should be left at the front desk
  • Fire regulations require that no more than three people be in a studio at one time
  • If you wish to extend your time, you must go down to the front desk and pay in advance subject to room availability
  • Room reservations that are not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance must be paid in full
  • Bookings are hourly and start on the hour
